Thirteen playable races. Each
with a unique passive ability and flavor that SHADOW uses to tailor its narrative to your character.
Character Creation Phases:
1. FORGE — Choose race, gender, appearance (build, skin, hair, eyes, marks, style)
2. TRIAL — Answer narrative questions that shape your stats and personality
3. REVEAL — SHADOW reads your choices and narrates your arrival
